Jason Fritz, Executive Chef

Boasting more than three decades of culinary experience, Jason Fritz brings creativity, passion, and leadership to the kitchen as Executive Chef at Aura Modern Mediterranean.

His professional journey began in 1994 and has since evolved through a series of diverse and dynamic roles—each one building his reputation as a chef who lets his delicious and innovative food speak for itself. Jason has completed numerous apprenticeships under esteemed chefs and honed his skills through roles such as Kitchen Manager at JT Croc N Berries, Sous Chef at Tavern On The Hill, and Executive Chef at Burgundy’s Restaurant. His leadership extended beyond the kitchen as Restaurant Manager at Longhorn Steakhouse, before he opened his own restaurant, Café Bella Rose, where he served as Owner and Executive Chef. Prior to joining Aura, Jason led the kitchen at Devon Seafood + Steak for seven years.

Throughout his career, Jason has earned recognition in various culinary competitions, consistently impressing with dishes that balance innovation and heart. His strengths lie in inspiring teams, creating memorable dining experiences, and blending bold flavors with refined technique.
